What I Do
Over the years, I have specialize in designing residential projects on infill lots in the Portland Metropolitan Area.
I am an Earth Advantage Sustainable Homes Professional and a LEED for Homes Accredited Professional, with over thirty years of construction experience.
In 2010, I landed my dream job serving as the Vice President responsible for Housing Development for the Portland/Metro East affliate of Habitat for Humanity.
We are building 20 to 30 homes each year. Habitat homes are safe, decent and affordable.
We often exceed the LEED Platinum standards, delivering homes with utility bills under $50 for both heat and hot water.
My time is limited, but I do take on private consulting work.
